How to join us:
- Place your non-refundable* down payment of $1,000 USD below. This action immediately reserves your place on the retreat and gives you access to the Flaneur Collective.
- 50% of your balance is due November 26, 2026
- The balance is due in full May 25, 2026

What’s Included
- Pre-trip preparation call
- 7 days and 6 nights at luxury estate accommodations, double occupancy (2 full beds/room), six nights at The Bastide (yes, you can upgrade to a single room)
- Ground transportation to and from the airport to the retreat lodging location (June 30th and July 6th at designated times only!)
- All ground transportation to scheduled retreat events and excursions
- Six nourishing breakfasts with local Provençal produce and goods
- Four lunches and six dinners. Trust me, your taste buds will be French by the time you depart! Do not fret about dietary restrictions, those can be accommodated!

What’s Not Included
- Your international round-trip flights from home
- Meals not listed (but that should not be a concern because you will be in the capital of fine cuisine…France!)
- Alcoholic beverages not listed, laundry, incidentals, spa services, personal phone calls or other activities not explicitly mentioned
- Souvenirs and shopping sprees
- Tips for drivers or services incurred outside of scheduled retreat activities
- Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance (which is strongly recommended)
Registration
Cancellation Policy
For the trip:
Any cancellation will result in the total loss of the $1,000 USD down payment, with the exception of governmental COVID-19 travel restrictions to the location of the registered trip.
Any cancellation initiated from date of registration will result in a total loss of funds, with the exception of a cancellation initiated by Curated Health, LLC.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting our internal trip minimum. If we do so, your monies will be refunded.
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended. Recommended insurance providers provided upon registration.
